Returns Policy

It is our hope that any safe supplied is in premium condition however should there be any issues, we are here to help.

Our returns policy is relating to damage or faults only.  If your item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition on receipt, we must be notified via email within 24 hours.  When contacting our email sales@safesshop.co.uk please include your Order Number, together with name and address, a description of the issue and if possible any relevant photos.

Cooling Off Period

As part of your Statutory Rights you have 7 days to cancel an online order if you’ve changed your mind on the purchase.  Unless the product is damaged or faulty, or has yet to be despatched, any cancellation fees, delivery or collection fees will remain payable by the customer, you.

Sizing and Installation

Safes are by their nature a large, bulky and heavy item – it may not always be completely apparent from a web image.  Please ensure that you have fully noted the full dimensions and weight prior to committing to an order.

Aborted Installation

If you have selected to have the safe professionally installed and this has to be aborted due to any reason other than our own fault, then the installation fee will be forfeited and have to be paid again for another date.  The most common factors are insufficent planning for the installation; stairs/steps not disclosed, flooring or walls not suitable for mounting, etc.  It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no pipes, cables, under floor heating, amongst others are to be compromised – again an aborted installation will be at customer cost.

Pricing and Law

Our website is run from the UK and for UK only use; all prices are quoted as either inclusive or exclusive of VAT, currently at 20%.

Being UK based, the applicable law and language are English Law.

Delivery

Deliveries, and installations if relevant, are for a UK mainland basis only.  If you fall outside this area, please email us separately on sales@safesshop.co.uk and we will discuss your requirements and advise accordingly.

Products listed

All products listed are generally in stock, in the unlikely event an item is no longer stock after an order placed we would contact you at the earliest opportunity and discuss alternatives, restocking dates if needed or refund if required.

Guarantee/Warranty

Unless otherwise stated all products come with a minimum manufacturers 12 month warranty from day of purchase.  Should you need to make a warranty claim due to a fault, please initially contact us on sales@safesshop.co.uk . When contacting us, please provide your Name, Address, safe type and issue, if possible a photo, and your original order number.

All intellectual, copyright and image contents of this site remain the property of SafesShop.co.uk or the relevant safe manufacturers.  Images and product data may only be saved and/or printed for personal use whilst shopping.  Should you wish to use any content for any other purpose, you must email us on sales@safesshop.co.uk with a request for authorisation which may be denied.

Privacy

A record of your personal details such as Name, Address, Phone, Email and purchases are noted for the sole purpose of completing your initial order and any after care requirements.  We will never sell or divulge these details to any third parties.  If you wish, you can request that your details are removed from our records once any warranty periods have elapsed.

Every effort is made to ensure that every item, product and relevant information are correct prior to being published on our website; unfortunately from time to time errors or typographical mistakes can regretfully happen. All information within our website is completed on an ‘as is’ basis with no liabilities or warranties expressly or implied.

Payments Parent Company

Payments will be processed through our parent company, Lynx Security Supplies Ltd and this is what will be noted on any bank account or credit/debit cards.
